Are your items stored in a tobacco smoke free home?
Yes! All items are handled with care in a tobacco smoke free environment. We also make sure to spray/wash/clean all products with disinfectants and natural allergen reducers. Please note: I do store items carefully, but 4 cats do reside in my home.
Do your vintage products contain lead, and what precautions should I take?
Vintage Lullaby makes every effort to provide accurate information about the items we sell. Some of our vintage products may contain lead or lead-based materials. It is essential to notify you of this so that you can make an informed decision regarding your purchase.
Lead exposure can be harmful, particularly to children and pregnant individuals. We recommend that you take appropriate precautions when using these items, such as:
• Limit Exposure: Minimize the time spent handling items that may contain lead.
• Wash Hands: Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling these items.
• Keep Away from Children: Ensure that these items are stored out of reach of children and pets.
• Use Gloves: Consider wearing gloves when handling items that may contain lead.
• Avoid Food Contact: Do not use items that may contain lead for serving food or beverages.
• Regular Cleaning: Clean vintage items regularly to reduce dust accumulation.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us at vintagelullabyco@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the label has not been printed yet we will be able to change the address, but once it has been printed, we are unable to change the shipping address. In such cases, customers may contact USPS, UPS, or DHL for mail forwarding to a new address or choose to repay the shipping fee.
What if my order is wrong or incomplete?
In the rare case that your order arrives wrong or incomplete, we are committed to resolving the issue at no additional cost to you. Please contact us at vintagelullabyco@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue, and we will do whatever we can to make it right. If there was an error in your order due to our mistake, we will take full responsibility and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Only damaged ceramics, glass items, or items made from fragile materials are eligible for refunds. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. All other items, including blankets, books, diaper bags, toys, and stuffed animals, are non-refundable. Sales of these items are final. Refunds are solely processed for items that arrive damage.
How do I initiate a refund for my damaged order?
To initiate a refund request, please email us at support@vintagelullaby.com with your order number, Please provide clear photos of the damaged item, and a brief explanation of the issue. We strive to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Upon reviewing the images of the damaged item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
